Product Description
The Forster Bar is a training aid intended to help perfect shifting of the wrists for bar skills such as clear hips, giants, and back extension rolls. Bundle and save.
The octagonal ends allow gymnasts to practice skills, such as a straight-arm backward roll. A rubber coating covers the bar, and gives a good grip, making the bar a safer training device. It should be in every gym that trains bar skills.
