Production & Shipping Times


Production Time Notice

ALL ITEMS may take up to 12 WEEKS production timeMost items are specifically made to order and are not in stock. Customized orders require up to 2 additional weeks to manufacture. This means custom colors, sizes or specifications on items. 

Please note that we are affected by the materials shortage the U.S.A. in currently experiencing. It is difficult to source materials like foam, wood, and steel. While we will do our best to complete the orders in the time frame set above, there is potential that your order will be further delayed if our supply companies are not able to provide the materials needed to manufacture your items. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

Once shipped, please allow up to 1 additional week for transit on all orders. This is in addition to the production time. 

If you need your item sooner than the times listed above, please call us at 310-830-6672 prior to checking out to see if an earlier delivery date is possible.

Shipping Notice

Shipping costs listed are only valid for commercial addresses within the contiguous USA. Please note that rural addresses, YMCAs, schools, churches, and home businesses are all considered non-commercial by freight companies. We will contact you with an updated shipping cost for orders shipping to any address deemed as "non-commercial" by freight companies, or outside of the contiguous USA, prior to processing your order. You will have the option to accept the additional charges and proceed with the order or cancel the order when we contact you.  

Orders shipping by ground service (UPS, FedEx, GSO, etc) may be left at the front door or entrance if the business is closed or nobody answers the door, at the driver's discretion.

Orders shipping by motor freight service (UPS Freight, Old Dominion, Daylight Transport, etc) require a signature and must be met by someone able to inspect, receive, and sign for the shipment. If damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. Damage not noted on the delivery receipt may not be covered by the freight company.

Customers are responsible for any and all additional carrier-imposed fees above and beyond standard rates for standard delivery such as (but not limited to) "Residential Delivery Charges", "Lift Gate Charges", "Redelivery Charges", etc. These extra services are NOT included in the shipping fee charged online. Delivery does not include bringing items inside your facility.

Prepayment Notice
Your card will be charged upon our acceptance of your order. 

Return Notice
All returns must have prior written authorization. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges, shipping fees will not be refunded and customer must pay for return shipping to our warehouse. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed on all goods returned.­ Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. Contact us for a return authorization number.
