Production and Shipping Times

Production Time Notice

**IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION! PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING!** OUR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE ORDER DEADLINE HAS PASSED!

WE HAVE VERY LIMITED STOCK LEFT DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF HOLIDAY ORDERS, AND WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANY NEW ONLINE ORDERS FOR HOLIDAY DELIVERY. 

IF YOU HOPE TO HAVE AN ORDER DELIVERED BY 12/24/17, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND PLACE YOUR ORDER BY PHONE. 

ALL ORDERS may take up to 6-8 WEEKS production time. If your item(s) is not in stock, it will be manufactured specifically for your order. 

Customized orders require 4 additional weeks to manufacture. This means custom colors, sizes or specifications on items. 

Please allow up to 1 additional week for transit on all orders. This is in addition to the production time. 

If you need your item sooner than the times listed above, please call us at 310-830-6672 prior to checking out to see if an earlier delivery date is possible. We don't offer expedited shipping service at this time, but we will gladly rush your order through production if we are able!   

Shipping Time & Cost Notice
Please allow up to 1 week for transit on all orders. This is in addition to the production time.

Shipping costs listed are only valid for commercial addresses within the contiguous USA. Please note that rural addresses, YMCAs, schools, churches, and home businesses are all considered residential by freight companies. We will contact you with an updated shipping cost for orders shipping to any address deemed as "residential" by freight companies, or outside of the contiguous USA, prior to processing your order. You will have the option to accept the additional charges and proceed with the order or cancel the order when we contact you.  

Orders shipping by ground service (UPS, FedEx, GSO, etc) do not require a signature and may be left at the front door or entrance if the business is closed or nobody answers the door.

Orders shipping by motor freight service (UPS Freight, Old Dominion, Daylight Transport, etc) require a signature and must be met by someone able to inspect and receive the shipment.

Customers are responsible for any and all additional carrier-imposed fees above and beyond standard rates for standard delivery such as (but not limited to) "Residential Delivery Charges", "Lift Gate Charges", "Redelivery Charges", etc. These extra services are NOT included in the shipping fee charged online. Delivery does not include bringing items inside your facility.

Prepayment Notice
Online orders must be prepaid, and your card will be charged upon our acceptance of your order. 

Return Notice
Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization. Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed on all goods returned. Contact us to get a Return Authorization number.
