GENERAL POLICY

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by Norbert's Athletic Products, Inc. We reserve the right to substitute improved or equal products without notice. It is understood that installation/assembly is the responsibility of the buyer or user. Norbert's Athletic Products, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for personal injury or property damage incurred through the use of our equipment including any and all other products manufactured or sold by Norbert's Athletic Products, Inc.

PRICES

Printed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is due on all orders in CA. Even if we do not collect sales tax, you may still be liable for sales/use tax in your state. Please talk to your accountant.

TERMS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER CARDS. Orders may also be paid in advance by check. All orders are prepaid, and orders placed through our website will be charged upon our acceptance of the order.

Government agencies, public schools and YMCAs may be eligible for net terms if we are provided with an official institutional purchase order signed by an authorized purchaser. Please call or email to verify if your agency qualifies for net terms.

GUARANTEE

EQUIPMENT SOLD IS GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR
from the date of invoice against faulty manufacturing or defects in materials for mats and padding. The seller’s sole obligation under this guarantee shall be to repair at its option, or replace at its expense, any defective part or parts. Material claimed defective must be returned PREPAID to us for examination. Breakage caused by mishandling, extreme usage, exposure to weather or extreme temperatures will not be covered as it does not constitute defective material or faulty workmanship.
