We're looking for dynamic gymnastics-minded people to join the Norbert's team! 

Full time and part time customer service / order processing / sales positions now available in Gardena, CA.

Job Description: 

  • Answer phone calls in a positive, pleasant manner.
  • Receive and process phone, faxed and emailed orders and input into the system accurately.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers by promptly responding to requests, answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping them informed about order status.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, inventory, generating spreadsheets.

Required skills: 

  • Knowledge about gymnastics industry and equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills using proper grammar and spelling.
  • Pleasant, positive, patient, helpful, and engaging telephone and email demeanor.
  • Ability to operate a computer with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong level of organizational skills.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude.

Preferred skills: 

  • Some general office experience.
  • Willingness to travel a few days per year for gymnastic trade shows.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience with accounting software.
