GENERAL POLICY
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Norbert's Athletic Products, Inc. We reserve the right to substitute improved or equal products without notice. It is understood that installation/assembly is the responsibility of the buyer or user. Norbert's Athletic Products, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for personal injury or property damage incurred through the use of our equipment including any and all other products manufactured or sold by Norbert's Athletic Products, Inc.
RETURNED GOODS
Returned goods will not be accepted without written authorization. Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed on all goods returned.
GUARANTEE/ WARRANTY
Equipment sold is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of invoice against faulty manufacturing or defects in material. Material claimed defective must be returned, PREPAID by the customer, to us for our examination. Breakage by extreme usage will not be covered as it does not constitute defective material or faulty workmanship. Norbert's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, at our option, replace, at our expense, any defective part or parts.
PRICES
Printed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. (See shipping.) Prices are subject to change without notice.
TERMS
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER CARDS. Orders may also be prepaid by check. Orders under $25.00 will be subject to a five dollar service charge.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All items are priced F.O.B. origin. School purchase orders will be shipped prepaid and shipping charges added to the invoice. We do not make C.O.D. shipments.
IMPORTANT! Customers are responsible for any and all additional carrier-imposed fees above and beyond standard rates for standard delivery such as (but not limited to) "Residential Delivery Charges", "Lift Gate Charges", etc.
DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
REMEMBER! The consignee is responsible for inspecting all shipments and will be responsible for any repairs and/or damages not noted on the delivery receipt.
WE SUGGEST YOU DO THE FOLLOWING:
- 1. CAREFULLY inspect the shipment at time of delivery.
- 2. If you find damage, REFUSE ONLY THE DAMAGED PIECES to be returned to our warehouse.
- 3. NOTE any damages, shortages or refused items on the Bill of Lading.
- 4. Have the driver endorse your notations.
- 5. IMMEDIATELY CONTACT NORBERT'S so we can repair or replace any damage.
IF YOU FIND CONCEALED DAMAGE
- 1. You must contact the freight carrier yourself to report it and request an inspection within 10 days of delivery date. We cannot begin a claim on your behalf once the order is in your possession. Most denied claims are the result of failure to report concealed damage and/or obtain an inspection within the required time period.
- 2. IMMEDIATELY Contact Norbert’s for repair or replacement costs and copies of the original shipping documents.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION, ALWAYS UNPACK ALL SHIPMENTS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AFTER DELIVERY. YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY IN WHICH TO FILE A CLAIM WITH FREIGHTCARRIER FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE. YOU MUST REPORT ANY NON-CARRIER RELATED SHORTAGE OR DISCREPANCY TO NORBERT'S FOR ADJUSTMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE WILL NOT HONOR SHORTAGE REPORTS SUBMITTED LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY DATE.

CONSUMER HAZARD NOTICE
A possibility of serious injury, including paralysis or death, is inherent in any activity involving motion or height. Equipment we sell is intended for use only by properly trained, qualified persons under supervised conditions. Use without proper supervision is dangerous and should not be undertaken or permitted.
Know your limitations as well as the limitations of your equipment. Consult a qualified instructor before attempting any new activity or skill. This equipment must be used with proper mats, spotting equipment and qualified spotters for each activity or skill. Use this equipment only for its intended purpose. Do not modify equipment in any way.
Inspect each component for damage, loose fittings or signs of wear before each use. Do not use if you have any concern as to the condition of this equipment. Test unit for stability prior to each use. Inspect warning labels and replace when marred or damaged. Before each subsequent use, re-check equipment stability and settings.
Do not attempt to repair damaged or worn equipment/components yourself. Contact the manufacturer to arrange for proper repair or replacement by a qualified professional.
Remember, no equipment can eliminate the possibility of injuries.
If you have questions regarding this notification or do not completely understand any part of it, contact Norbert’s Athletic Products, Inc. immediately. Do not use or permit use of this equipment until all such issues are resolved.

This equipment is not a toy and is not designed nor intended to be used for play by children who are twelve years of age or younger. This equipment is a not a child care article; children who are three years of age or younger should not be permitted to use it for sleeping, feeding, sucking, teething or any other purpose without exception.
